Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client background.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy in patients' homes under supervision.
• Follow plan of care and document patient responses.
• Instruct patient, family, and caregivers in therapy activities.
• Communicate with supervising OT, nurse, and physician about progress or changes.
