Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and required meetings as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and documentation requirements.
• Develops programs with rehabilitation team to meet patient needs.
• Instructs patients, families and caregivers in OT techniques.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients.
• Performs other related duties as required.
