Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver outpatient rehabilitation in home and community settings across Massachusetts, focusing on aging adults to promote independence. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid OT/OTA license in MA or eligibility for licensure.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and team meetings under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes timely clinical and documentation requirements.
• Collaborates with rehab team to develop patient-specific programs and activities.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in OT techniques to enhance independence.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and reports needed repairs.
• Delivers patient-centered OT interventions across cognitive, motor, coordination, endurance, and ADL domains.
