Mercy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, and perceptual disorders under physician direction. This role requires a current state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health, or long-term care settings.

Travel to patient homes is required, and the clinician must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Schedule patient visits and coordinate with the office daily.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of care.
• Demonstrate good time management and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
• Interact with patients, family members, physicians, and agency staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond to emergencies independently.
