Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Carrollton, TX. You will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Texas OT license required.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
