PARS Therapy seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Angleton, TX. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help them regain independence in their own homes.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, monitor progress, and adapt interventions to improve mobility and daily living. Eligible candidates have TX license and a graduate degree in OT, with home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred

Responsabilités

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
