Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Haltom City, TX. You will partner with patients to regain independence and improve quality of life within their own homes.

You will work on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness through hands-on interventions. Prior home health or rehabilitation experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive home health care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
