PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Red Rock, TX. You will partner with patients to help regain independence and improve quality of life in their homes, focusing on restoring mobility and functional abilities.

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide hands-on interventions, educate families, and promote evidence-based practices for ongoing wellness.

Formación

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to restore independence and mobility.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery at home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
