Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in White Settlement, TX. You will work closely with patients to restore mobility, improve daily living activities, and promote independence in the comfort of their homes.

You will evaluate conditions, design individualized plans, and educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
