Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with an active OT license.
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to patients with functional limitations in home settings and monitor progress.
• Assess deficits, establish goals, and document progress.
• Recommend adaptive devices and safety modifications for home environments.
• Evaluate fall risks and implement safety strategies.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and exercises.
