Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create and revise care plans
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve strength, coordination, and range of motion
• Design community reintegration activities and recommend adaptive equipment to promote independence
• Supervise and instruct occupational therapy assistants and aides; document patient progress; participate in discharge planning
