Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Magnolia, TX. You will work closely with patients to promote recovery, regain independence, and improve quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

You will evaluate conditions, plan individualized treatment, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver hands-on, evidence-based care. A Texas OT license and liability insurance are required, with home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas OT license and current liability insurance.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on recovery techniques
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
