Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services in the Wildwood, MO area. The role requires a graduate of an accredited OT program, a current state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of relevant experience across acute, rehab, outpatient, home health, or long-term care settings.

A valid driver’s license is required. The OT will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, schedule patient visits, and maintain detailed documentation while working

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Licensure: Current state license. Valid driver's license.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long-term care setting.
• Certifications: CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients.
• Assess and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Schedule patient visits and coordinate with office staff.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and manage emergencies independently.
