Mercy in Missouri is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home OT services for patients with neuromuscular, skeletal and perceptual disorders under physician direction. The ideal candidate has an accredited OT degree, current state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long-term care.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state license. Valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long-term care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal and perceptual disorders under the direction of a physician.
• Assess and treat patients; develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Schedule patient visits in a timely and efficient manner; coordinate with office daily to update schedule.
• Communicate and document patient progress; handle confidential information.
• Maintain safety and physical health requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Collaborate with agency staff, physicians, hospital staff and general public; adapt to change and emergencies.
