Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE-accredited)
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Valid/state-specific OT license and driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home settings for older adults
• Evaluate and treat clients in their homes or in independent living facilities
• Plan and modify therapy programs to promote independence in activities of daily living
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team and caregivers to optimize care and safety
