Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults, in private residences or independent living facilities across Framingham and surrounding towns. This role emphasizes caring in the patient’s natural environment and supports flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Valid occupational therapy license for the state.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults.
• Supervise OT assistants and students as required by licensure.
• Adhere to treatment schedules and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and other disciplines.
• Design, implement, and adjust plans of care with patient and caregiver input.
• Promote safety and proficient use of adaptive equipment.
