Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home and community-based OT services to adults with developmental disabilities, evaluating function and developing person-centered treatment plans to maximize independence.

The role requires NJ licensure, ACOTE-accredited program, CPR/BLS, background checks, and ability to coordinate with supports and families. Per diem/contract, statewide NJ, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• CPR/BLS certification required; background checks per NJ DDD.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home/community settings.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with coordinators, families, and the care team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
• Maintain billing records and complete required DDD trainings.
