Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is an approved NJ DDD-Provider offering in-home Occupational Therapy to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The OT evaluates functional performance, plans personalized treatment, and delivers interventions to maximize independence in ADLs, IADLs, sensory processing, and community participation.

The role requires NJ licensure, ACOTE education, and CPR/BLS certification, with NBCOT preferred for graduates.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) from NJ State Board.
• NBCOT certification is preferred; required for new graduates.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one OT services in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
• Adhere to DDD policies and HIPAA standards.
• Maintain accurate billing records per DDD rates.
• Complete required DDD trainings.
