Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers for CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA and ILS roles in the Twin Cities area. Enjoy autonomy and flexibility while supporting clients in their homes to maintain independence.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients' homes
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus)
• Ability to pass a caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend time with each client
• Build rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and exercises
