Legacy Home Care is seeking Home Health Aides to provide in-home care across the Twin Cities area. You will visit clients and support independence, completing essential personal care and daily living tasks.

The role offers part-time daytime schedules and opportunities for bonuses and advancement within a family-owned organization. A valid US work authorization and driving access are required.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus)
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month

Responsabilidades

• Drive to clients' homes, spending at least 2 hours with each client
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises
