Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home support across the Twin Cities area. The role offers flexible part-time day shifts, competitive pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, and opportunities for career growth within a family-owned organization.

Caregivers will drive to clients' homes, assist with daily living activities, maintain client dignity, and document visits. Benefits include bonuses up to $2,000, paid travel time, and health insurance for full-time staff,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.
• Must be able to pass a caregiving knowledge quiz.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend at least 2 hours with each client.
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and exercises.
