Legacy Home Care in the Twin Cities area is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care to clients in Gem Lake and surrounding communities. The role emphasizes building strong rapport, assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while delivering respectful, person-centered care.

You will drive to clients' homes, spend meaningful time with each client, and support independence.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from your home to clientss homes.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus!).
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients homes, spending at least 2 hours with each client
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23 per hour

Schedule Options: Days (Part-Time Availability)
