Job summary

Legacy Home Care in the Twin Cities area seeks a Home Health Aide to provide in-home care as CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA/ILS. Earn $20.00–$23.00 per hour with up to $2,000 in bonuses and part-time daytime shifts.

The role requires 18+, valid work documentation in the U.S., and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Travel up to 35 miles and 10+ hours weekly (1 weekend shift) are expected. RN/CNA certification is a plus, with paid training and growth opportunities within our family of companies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from your home to clients' homes.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus!).
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend time with each client.
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care such as transfers and exercises.
