Legacy Home Care, a family-owned in-home care provider, is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) for day shifts in the Twin Cities area. Earn $20–$23 per hour with up to $2,000 in bonuses and generous benefits.

Responsibilities include driving to clients’ homes, delivering hands-on care, and building strong rapport with clients while supporting independence in their daily routines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus!)
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month

Responsabilités

• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises
