National Counseling Group (NCG) seeks a Multisystemic Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based MST services in Virginia. You will assess family strengths, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and empower caregivers to support youth across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Licenses: LPC, LCSW, LMFT or license-eligible (Resident).

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
