Job summary

National Counseling Group is seeking a Multisystemic Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based MST sessions in Roanoke and Christiansburg, VA. You will assess family strengths and needs, develop therapy plans, and empower caregivers to support youths across family, school, and community settings.

Applicants should hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a mental health field; license eligibility (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) is required or pending.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional or Trainee
• License eligible (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work)
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
