National Counseling Group in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Professional to deliver in-home and community-based MST services for youth and families in the local area.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, empowering caregivers, and coordinating with schools and court systems while maintaining thorough clinical documentation and collaborating with care teams.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Licenses: Qualified Mental Health Professional; License eligible (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work).
• Licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent depending on state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
