Job summary

National Counseling Group is seeking a Multisystemic Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based sessions in Virginia, developing and implementing treatment plans and empowering caregivers.

Responsibilities include therapy for individuals, families or groups, documentation, and collaboration with care teams while maintaining regulatory compliance and participating in supervision where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• QMHP or QMHP-T Licensed Eligible (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work).
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT licensure considered.
• Licensure requirements vary by state and licensure status may affect duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision as applicable by licensure level.
