Job summary

Empower Community Care is seeking compassionate MST therapists to work with families and youth aged 12–17. The role combines in-home client visits with remote work on a company laptop, requiring 2–3 days in clients’ homes and 2–3 days remote.

You will receive ongoing MST training, supervision, and opportunities to collaborate with schools, probation, and child welfare agencies. Must live within a 30–45 minute travel radius of the designated service area.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field; provisional licensure required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST principles.
• Conduct thorough assessment of client and family context.
• Engage primary caregiver and community supports in change-oriented treatment.
• Weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervision.
• Ensure 24/7 availability for crisis support with team.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
