Job summary

Evidence-Based Associates is seeking compassionate MST therapists to work with youth and families in home settings, delivering strongest-in-class therapy and collaborating with schools and community partners. The role focuses on implementing Multisystemic Therapy with families to create lasting change.

You will travel within the service territory, maintain a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends), and participate in ongoing MST training and supervision to strengthen clinical skills and practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field with relevant family/youth experience (2+ years).
• Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related subject area.
• Professional licensure or eligibility (LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, LMSW) preferred or under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST principles and family-centered approaches.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family within ecological context.
• Engage caregivers, family members, and community supports in change-oriented treatment.
• Weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervision and team support.
• On-Call support to ensure 24/7 access for clients.
