Job summary

Empower Community Care is hiring an MST Therapist to deliver Multisystemic Therapy for youth aged 12–17 in Beaumont, TX and surrounding communities. You will work in homes and communities, not only in offices, to address behavioral challenges and strengthen family relationships.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, specialized MST training, weekly supervision, and collaborative teamwork. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires and starting salary is posted as a

Qualifications

• Master's Degree: Clinical or counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum of three years of relevant experience working with youth and/or families.
• QMHP eligibility or applicable professional licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, home- and community-based clinical treatment using MST principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify youth and family strengths, behavioral concerns, and environmental factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that build on family strengths and target measurable outcomes.
• Help caregivers strengthen parenting skills, improve communication and establish boundaries.
• Utilize family systems approaches and cognitive-behavioral strategies to promote positive change.
• Collaborate with schools, probation officers, child welfare professionals, and community partners to coordinate treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in shared on-call rotation to ensure families have 24/7 access to support.

Education

Master's Degree: Clinical or counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field

Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
