Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for mobile, in-home outpatient therapy across Lowell and surrounding MA communities. The role focuses on delivering rehabilitative services to older adults in home and facility settings, with a flexible schedule and a strong support system.

The position includes a $5,000 bonus, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and visa sponsorship/relocation assistance as part of our nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable, independent transportation to and from patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Supervise OT Assistants, temporary licensees, students and other staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to treatment schedules and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and primary care physicians to tailor therapy plans.
• Develop and adjust plans of care; promote safety and remove hazards in home settings.
