Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer for the Huntsville and Decatur franchise. This role leads a team of trainers, delivers mobile personal training, and drives client results via onsite and home-based sessions.

You will mentor other trainers, shape training approaches, and align with DRIVE values while advancing within a fast-growing network. A competitive hourly rate accompanies leadership and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with credible certification.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in personal training and leadership.
• Proven track record of client results and mentoring.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Desire to be part of a fast-growing, team-focused group.
• Knowledge of mobile/onsite training processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Ensure proper use of GYMGUYZ software and branding compliance.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, team-focused group
