Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering personalized and group sessions with a focus on client outcomes. You will drive results, oversee assessment processes, and help expand the franchise within Huntsville and Decatur regions.

You will mentor peers, manage training quality, and contribute to a culture of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence while leveraging the GYMGUYZ app and branding standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven track record of client results and mentoring.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and compliance with branding standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Master Trainer

Compensation: $35 - $42/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
