GYMGUYZ in Huntsville/Decatur is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers, deliver results for clients, and mentor staff across the franchise network. The role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on training in client homes and community spaces.

You will oversee assessments, develop sessions, and drive growth through local marketing and team development, embodying DRIVE values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE) and CPR/AED certified.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to deliver client results and mentor trainers.
• Strong communication, organization and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Ensure use of GYMGUYZ software and branding standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent the DRIVE values in every interaction.

Compensation:

$35 - $42/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, team-focused group
