GYMGUYZ in Redmond, WA is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, conduct initial assessments, and design effective sessions for individuals and small groups. You will monitor client progress and ensure high-quality training across engagements.

In this role you’ll also support sales, guide workshops, and drive local marketing while upholding the DRIVE values. A competitive hourly rate, performance bonuses, and career growth await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Proven success in mentoring teams and delivering client results.

Master Trainer

Compensation:

$50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
