Kitchen Tune-Up Akron Canton Canton is seeking a sales consultant who listens well, builds trust, and confidently asks for the sale. We provide approximately 15–30 company appointments per month, paid training, and opportunities to grow in a commission-based role.

You’ll meet homeowners in their homes and our North Canton showroom, understand goals and timelines, and present proposals to close sales while following up diligently and recording details in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and confidence asking for the sale.
• Strong listening and communication abilities.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn our products and sales process.
• Comfort with commission-based compensation.
• Reliable transportation for local appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes and our North Canton showroom.
• Understand goals, budget, and project timeline for each client.
• Help customers explore cabinet restoration, painting, redoing, refacing, and new cabinetry.
• Prepare and present proposals, answer questions, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and keep records in our CRM.
• Communicate project details clearly to our team.
• Participate in home shows and local events to connect with prospects.
