Kitchen Tune-Up Franklin is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our in-home sales team. This straight-commission role uses company-provided leads to present kitchen remodeling options, including cabinets restoration, re-facing, redooring and new custom cabinets, in Franklin, TN and surrounding areas.

You set your own schedule, full or part-time, with uncapped income potential, and you will represent the KTU brand professionally while following a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and objectives.
• Represent the KTU brand professionally.
• diligently manage the lead flow process.
• Use KTU data and CRM for sales and marketing activities.
• Conduct compelling in-home presentations following the sales process (training provided).
• Maintain franchise marketing channels (social, referrals, events, direct mail).
• Foster outside lead generation beyond franchise activities.
• Measure and assess cabinet condition during inspections.
• Communicate with the franchise owner and follow instructions.
• Respond promptly to customer issues and stay informed on industry trends.
• Attend trainings and community events as required.
