Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen/bath remodeling with proven revenue.
• Ability to follow a consultative sales process and close deals.
• Willing to meet demanding weekly schedule and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using a consultative process to discover client needs and present solutions.
• Gather project-related information to present solutions.
• Prepare kitchen/bath remodel renderings using 20/20 Design or other software.
• Create a proposal and materials to present to close a sale.
• Communicate with the client throughout the process and celebrate delivery.
• Attend weekly sales team meetings and coaching sessions.
