Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System seeks A-Players with in-home sales experience in kitchen/bath remodeling to join our Atlanta area team. You will use a proven consultative process to close remodel projects, presenting compelling proposals and renderings.

What we offer includes comprehensive four-week training, ongoing mentorship, and a path to senior management along with profit sharing. Compensation ranges with commissions and top performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling.
• Proven revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Three references from previous supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using a consultative process to discover wants and needs and present solutions.
• Gather information on project products to present solutions to the client.
• Prepare full kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using design software.
• Create proposals and materials to close a sale.
• Communicate with clients throughout the process and celebrate completed projects.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions as needed.
