Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer (In-Home Sales). This role targets proven designers who enjoy high earnings through pre-qualified leads and a streamlined sales process.

You will manage consultations from first appointment to signed agreement, present tailored kitchen/bath solutions, and work with strong operational support to maximize closing ratios. With performance-based bonuses, profit sharing, and advancement opportunities, this role

Qualifications

• You’ve personally closed $1M+ annually in residential remodeling sales
• No cold calling or retail floor time
• Pre-qualified, high-intent homeowners
• Efficient scheduling, 2 consults/day max

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through design and investment decisions
• Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
• Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
• Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals
• Lead in-home design and sales process with pre-qualified leads
