Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System in the Atlanta metro area seeks high-energy in-home sales professionals with remodeling experience. You will use a consultative process to identify client needs and present solutions for kitchen and bathroom remodels. Training is provided, with a clear path to senior sales leadership and profit-sharing opportunities.

Compensation is highly commission-based with performance bonuses and a forgivable draw; strong performers can earn substantial annual income.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen/bath remodeling space with revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Willingness to follow proven consultative process and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales in prospect homes using a consultative process to uncover wants and needs.
• Present solutions and create proposals to close sales.
• Prepare renderings for kitchens/bathrooms using 20/20 Design or similar software.
• Maintain client communication throughout the process and celebrate project delivery.
• Attend in-person weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions as scheduled.
