Job summary
La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Interior Designer to design beautiful spaces for clients' homes, provide in-home consultations, and support sales teams with design expertise. You’ll partner with Sales Associates, translate client lifestyle into design concepts, select premium furnishings, fabrics, and décor, and present cohesive room plans.
This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, strong training, and opportunities to grow within a trusted brand that values
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Associates and clients to understand their style, lifestyle, and vision for their home.
- Design spaces using premium furniture, fabrics, and décor.
- Provide professional design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations.
- Create cohesive looks that bring comfort, style, and functionality together.
