Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking an Interior Designer to lead the In-Home Design program in Warwick, RI. You’ll translate client needs into design concepts, provide in-home consultations, and support sales teams with expert design guidance.

Expect training pay at $23/hour for 2–6 weeks, followed by a base of $36,000/year plus uncapped commissions. Total comp targets $70k–$100k+ with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or related field.
• 2-3 years in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs; strong design sense.

Responsibilities

• Promote the In-Home Design program and present customized design solutions.
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
• Partner with store and sales teams to improve design culture and performance.
• Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections.
