Step Up Family Services seeks an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC) to provide in-home and community-based therapy for youth and families in Brick Township, NJ. Compensation ranges from $50–$80/hour depending on licensure, with per diem, part-time, or full-time options.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, professional supervision toward licensure, and a supportive clinical and operational team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field and NJ clinical licensure.
• Experience with youth, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Community-based or in-home services preferred.
• Trauma-informed approach and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide IIC therapeutic services in homes and communities.
• Conduct scheduled sessions and meet treatment goals.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions addressing behavioral needs.
• Engage youth and families as active treatment participants.
• Monitor progress and adjust approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and treatment team for continuity of care.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain professional scheduling and communication.
• Participate in supervision, training, and teamwork.
• Maintain licenses, credentials, and compliance requirements.
• Travel to client homes within service area.
