Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC in Brick Township, NJ seeks an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist (LSW/LAC/LCSW or LPC) to provide in-home and community-based services to youth and families. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for both part-time and full-time employment, with travel across Ocean County.

The clinician will develop treatment plans, deliver interventions, complete required documentation, and collaborate with families and treatment teams while maintaining licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field appropriate to the clinician's license.
• Experience providing behavioral health or therapeutic services to youth, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to work independently in community-based settings.
• Willingness to travel to client homes within the service area.
• Active New Jersey professional license (LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC).

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive In-Community therapeutic services to youth and families in homes and communities.
• Develop, implement, review, and maintain individualized Treatment Plans.
• Deliver clinically appropriate interventions addressing behavioral, emotional, and family needs.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and treatment team members.
• Travel to assigned clients within the clinician's geographic service area.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to standards.
