Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work.
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina (board license).
• One year of experience with the mental health population.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake duties and explain agency services.
• Assess eligibility and conduct intake interviews.
• Develop and monitor the Individual Service Plan.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and services.
• Maintain accurate case files and required data.
• Assist individuals and families in accessing supports.
• Advocate for individuals and mediate conflicts.
• Prepare quarterly reports and discharge planning.
