Sorenson Communications is seeking a caring installer/trainer to bring CaptionCall phones to customers in their homes and train them to use the devices effectively. This part-time role offers mileage reimbursement, device provisions, and growth opportunities, with flexible scheduling and potential for advancement.

The position emphasizes safe driving, in-home service, and excellent customer interactions to empower Deaf and hard-of-hearing users to communicate confidently.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and communication in English.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to drive and travel by air as needed for installations.
• Ability to tailor solutions to individual customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Train customers on using the phone and features for communication.
• Promote CaptionCall services to customers.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit reports.
