Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC, a leading provider of language services, seeks an Installer/Trainer to visit customers’ homes, install CaptionCall phones, and train users on features to improve communication for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.

You will work in a flexible, full-time role with opportunities for advancement, travel as needed, and direct impact on customers’ daily lives. A High School diploma is required, and experience in hearing health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listening.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to drive and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation as needed.
• Complete required reports and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
