Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an HDIS Sales Manager to lead a team of commissioned Sales Consultants who enter customers' homes to close HDIS product sales and deliver world-class service. The role builds store connectivity, trains associates on HDIS offerings, and drives lead generation in retail locations.

You will recruit, coach, and manage Sales Consultants, analyze key metrics, and ensure targets are met while maintaining exceptional customer experiences across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize business metrics and drive the sales team to meet targets.
• Drive customer service by handling escalated inquiries with partners.
• Lead lead generation through store connectivity and partner training.
• Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Consultants throughout employment life cycle.
• Ensure world-class customer experience and monitor Voice of the Customer scores.
